Peers and colleagues give Randy Rich highest legal rating

In a letter from Barbara Dooley of Martindale-Hubbel, Randy was awarded an AV® rating based on "extensive and confidential peer review by members of [the] Bar." An AV® rating, which identifies a lawyer with very high to preeminent legal ability, is a reflection of expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence. This rating, established by attorneys for attorneys, clearly indicates that a lawyer demonstrates the highest professional and ethical standards.

Court of Appeals awards fees for Rich's clients due to frivolous appeal
02/2003

The Court of Appeals, in a rare decision, awarded almost $4,000.00 in penalties in favor of Rich's client, Coordinated Properties. Rich had argued that the penalties should be awarded in the case because the appeal was frivolous and was made to delay creditors, like his client, from collecting on their judgment. The Court of Appeals decision also fined the lawyer who filed the appeal $500.00.

Randy Rich First Lawyer to use Microsoft® PowerPoint in Georgia Supreme Court

On February 11th, 2002, Randy Rich stepped into history and into the Georgia Supreme Court with his laptop. He presented facts and points from his case for Tillford Banks using Microsoft® PowerPoint. This was the first time the program had been used in the court. The case was later awarded to Mr. Banks. Download his presentation here.

The first ad of a three-ad campaign will appear in Gwinnett Magazine’s October issue.

"These ads are based on Randy's brand — who Randy is,” says Rob Marbury, creative director at MAX Productions and creator of the campaign. “Within a moment, the people who read the ads will immediately get the feeling of what type of lawyer Randy is.”

Group Uses DNA to free innocent from prison
